Primary

The Central New Jersey primary service area includes Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex, Mercer, and the Plainfield portion of Union County. Our target cities for many programs, especially those considered high risk in regard to maternal and child health issues, include New Brunswick, Trenton, Plainfield, and Perth Amboy.

Secondary

Many of our programs extend beyond our traditional service region as required by their grant specifications. The Mid-Jersey CARES Regional Early Intervention Collaborative serves the primary service region and Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The Oral Health Education Program, services the primary region and Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union.
